I have no proof either way but I'm confident that the driver had a CDL which is more than more gun owners are required to have.

4 times as many per capita died in mass shootings in FRANCE as in the US. 21 times in Norway.

Instead of trolling, why not address the problem.  Why not look at raising the age you can buy a gun because most mass shooters are in their late teens.
