That slippery slope argument doesn't pass the smell test.
We had an assault weapons ban in this country for ten years and no one came for your guns.
Ask any Australian what the incremental progression towards all out prohibition was you stupid POS.
Stop  making time wasting  counterpoints that both you and they rest of us know are a lie.

There is no 2nd Amendment in Australia.
We had an assault weapons ban from 1994 to 2004.
How many of your guns were confiscated during that period?
How many laws banning other types of guns were signed into law during that period?
I guess that slope wasn't very slippery.

Funny how you use the second amendment as a tool for your rationale, when liberals incessantly denounce the second amendment as something that really doesn't give gun owners all the rights they think it, does...that it's outdated and has no bearing today. Flintlocks only, right?
You can't have it both ways. Fail.

So you are going to "double down on stupidity" and imply that the 2nd Amendment can't be repealed...?
You can't even tell us how other societies had their natural born right to self defense with a firearm taken away from them incrementally , yet you pretend to be qualified to be a part of  this discussion..?

I trained a pre med student on how to handle patient visitors at the front desk today. It's not quite surgery and not always a matter of life and death.

No wonder the cost of medicine is so high..with so many people like you who spend your days producing NOTHING of any tangible value.

You think it is because they can't take control of the city itself? I mean Kiev of course.

WHY..?
Do I ever pretend [like you do] that what I do for a living qualifies me to know more about this topic than you do...?

There are a lot of military options that probably won't be used. Cyber was one I most feared at first because the infrastructure is so vulnerable to both Ukraine and Russia. Still, the war is still at a stalemate in the East. I also don't see why anyone would support Russian actions at this point either given the nature and pretext of the Russian invasion. It does spell a deep partisanship in America.

I was the first guy chosen to be trained into a brand new Army  MOS...and that equipment is still in use today.
It was the GLLD that was designed and built by Hughes Aero out of Culver City.

I'm a Purdue student myself. I went medicine instead of engineering though. I learned some of the NASA stuff but always wanted to be of service to others. Maybe that is just me. Good at math and a lot of science.

Well I never took calculus but math helped a lot with the physics. That's realty the key science in engineering. I must also add I volunteer at the hospital. Things didn't work out so well with my family due to my political work. No questions on that.

Considering more people die from big pharma's drugs every day than by guns every year, maybe YOU are the mother **** that society should ban, Kevorkian.

In overdoses ALONE we lose 275 people DAILY. Then there are the murders that you are stupid enough to blame on the INSTRUMENT while ignoring the CAUSE: drugs, fruitcake. The drugs your hospital pushes. Then there are the deaths from doctors lyingly lying their lies about the need for statens and such, getting everyone addicted to pills that require other pills to correct the bad effects of the first pills. The luckiest and longest lived people in America are those without health insurance - Obmacare did them no favors.

Your **** profession gave us the opioid epidemic - only taking a break from addicting our citizens to occasionally prosecute someone for saying that viruses can be treated - not just "vaccinated" against with experimental drugs that do not provide immunity but DO sterilize and mud-up the blood of recipients.

You serve a sick industry that feasts on illness, starves on wellness, and corrupts science to control politics.

All-cause moratlity is up 25% in the USA since covid - thanks to the vax your industry bullied Americns to experiment with. We need our guns precisely because **** like you exist, pig.

Well I'm not a big pharma lobbyist or a member of the Sackler family. Do no harm is the Hippocratic oath. I support the ACA too.
I think medicine probably still is broken in America. Getting to a solution is something most professionals disagree with. I do want to counter your point that it is better not to have health insurance. It's probably better to see a doctor unless he is a quack.
