A politically motivated riot happened. Not much different from the 587 politically motivated blm riots earlier in the year. In fact it was shorter and less violent than many blm love riots. Think democrats are over playing their hand. It was not a coup, it was mostly peaceful civil unrest.

it was an attempt to overturn a lawful election.  A coupe, act of war.  Sedition.
