And yes, Harvey was brilliant. 

BTW I saw where Mel Brooks is providing the voice in an animated movie being released soon. He's a genius also and he's very old.

No, groups are sued in civil court, individuals are prosecuted in criminal court. two legal systems creates double jeopardy in real time. Relative time semantics a person cannot be tried twice for same crime, yet legal system has a loophole against anyone or any franchised reality.

A prosecutor can charge a ham sandwich, let's see if they can get a conviction for anything greater than trespassing and annoying congress.

There are a couple of very simple tests to determine if you are impervious to facts.

We shouldn't prosecute people for thought crimes. A few idiots screaming hang Mike Pence doesn't make a conspiracy to commit murder. Nor does erecting a fake gallows. Trump said go and peacefully make your voices heard. He didn't tell his supporters to act like blm democrats.

Many democrats believed Trump to be an illegitimate president so there is no cognitive dissonance here. Trumps presence in office was an occupation, a coup against progressive America installed by the Russians.
