Can White People have their own holiday similar to Juneteenth? We can call it "Take a Knee to the back of the neck day". Other thoughts?

LOL!  Now, that's rather funny.
 

I could understand perhaps honoring the day the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. If I were black I would find the notion of celebrating the day a group of slaves heard about being freed quite insulting.

White people freed black slaves.   So, Junteenth is a black celebration of white morality.  Black people made Blacks slaves in the first place, not Whites.  Whites just bought them from other Black folks. Perhaps Africa owes the Confederacy reparations for bait and switch.  African blacks got free transportation away from Africa, places to live, food to eat, but then they didn't want to work for Whites any longer.

The photo posted shows none of that.  Just a guy standing or walking peacefully.  THIS is what a peaceful protest looks like.  Not what Blacks have done all across our nation.  No, I'm not kidding.

When a government seizes property through eminent domain usually the property owner is fairly compensated. Perhaps we do need some reparations?

It is.  This year the observed holiday is the 20th for work purposes and those who get fed holiday's off.  

No one really knows when Juneteenth is, because its some made-up thing like Kwanza. But, it's coming to a town near you boys and girls. Soon, very soon, Juneteenth will be upon us.

You already have several of these.  Columbus Day immediately comes to mind.

You left out the two biggest made up days...Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
