Sorry.  We will do this in order or not at all.  What is the difference on the two lowers?  One has to do with function.....you can figure out the other difference.    Then we will get to your diversion.

Which lower receiver represents the AR 15 under discussion?  Those are lowers are from two different types of weapons.

It has no civilian purpose.

It has NEVER been designed for a civilian purpose. Even the .223.

The rifle used in Uvalde is "loaded" with "military spec" parts. 

Why are parts made to military standards produced for varmint shooting?

Sorry, this is about what the AR 15 was designed to do.  The weapon used in Ulvalde was a DDM4 7 series.
