Didn’t come from the factory like that.  Chances are it was converted professionally.  Additionally it is now an NFA weapon meaning if you had the money for it you are not walking into the gun shop and walking out with it 30 minutes later.

That is why there are two separate lowers.  Because they differ.   Variant does mean “the same”.

That is all not relevant to the subject.  None of those weapons were used nor was the ammo designed for the military used.

It doesn't mean "different rifle".

Thank god the NFAs are focused on function as opposed to looks that the morons focus on.  You realize that is a converted weapon and is a NFA firearm.  A machine gun.
