THE FIRST SIGNED IN SEPT, 2014  IN MINSK,BELARUS,  WAS TO BE CALLED THE MINSK PROTOCOL. THE AGREEMENT FAILED TO STOP FIGHTING AND A REVISED AND UPDATED AGREMENT, MINSK II, WAS SIGNED FEB. 2015.
