The number of ELECTORS is based on the NUMBER OF CONGRESS CRITTERS AND SENATORS, not "population"!!!

EVERY State is BY THE CONSTITUTION, allowed AT MINIMUM one House member and 2 Senators.

The number of ELECTORS is the NUMBER OF US HOUSE MEMBERS AND THE 2 SENATORS PER STATE!!!

Wyoming has 3 Electoral votes. Florida has 29 ELECTORAL VOTES. The SUM of their House members and Senators.

The fact remains a small Electoral College State will not vote to give up what little power they have... Since around 28 States have 10 or less Electoral College Votes ---your thought of getting a 75% Majority to change the Constitution is really just a hypothetical discussion, leading no where

75% majority of what? Registered voters? That isn't the complete numbers of citizens. Now when less than 75% of registered voters don't vote, the 75% majority voting is a minority of the overall population. Basic reasons democracies are popular opinion dictatorships and fail as quick as dictatorships do.
