I tried to get an answer to this very important question from the liberals but that's not easy... so I thought to do a poll... maybe that will work...

It not only revealed that Trump conspired to overturn a free and fair election, but that he bilked his stupid followers out of millions for a totally bogus fund to contest the elections.

Without unfair elections, the dim-0-crap party, as it exists today, a progressive socialist cabal of evil doers. would not exist. They use the same tactics that worked in every marxist 3rd world failure. They have two obstacles in America - Separation of Powers and Due Process. They have taken over all three branches of government to defeat the first obstacle. That does not mean we can't vote them out with fair elections and they know that about the midterms which is why the January 6 Committee is attempting to work around Due Process. I believe they will not stop there. They have a plan and that includes using the Committee to do some other great unConstitutional things which makes their election fraud easier or else they will be so bold as to attempt to completely control, federalize, the election process, outside of Article II or eliminate the midterms all together with another PLANDEMIC or some crisis.They did so many illegal things on November 3, 2020, 2 years ago, and are keeping a lot of people jailed violating their rights, despite the protection afforded by the Bill of Rights, that I would not be surprised of anything that they attempt to do.
People are most apt to act aggressively when they are close to achieving or losing everything. Those in power are about to lose it and will do anything to retain it. They already have when they acquired it. Americans about to loose their freedoms are now beginning to see the evil empire for what it is and, hopefully, they will also act accordingly.

If they had any intention of taking Trump to criminal trial they wouldn't put on a prime time circus ensuring there could never be an unbiased jury. This route pretty much curtails the notion of a criminal trial.
