Insurrection or rebellion can be an open, organized, and armed resistance against one's own government or ruler ...

The demonstrators had flag poles, the US Government had the world's best Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard.

Basically, the committee pretended to establish evidence regarding 7 points.  It should be noted that these 7 points are not elements of any known crime.  The committee did not use the Federal Rules of Criminal or Civil Procedure to determine the admissibility of evidence.  Therefore, you are making a mistake to assume that the committee has established its case, nor does it equate their fake findings to any criminal or civil liability.

I'm saying that given the circumstances I've already described, that have since been revealed, and that are quite apparent in VIDEO EVIDENCE, the officer's actions were warranted. In fact I'd go so far as to say they showed great restraint. More than I believe they WOULD have had that been BLM (for example) breaching the Capitol and storming the halls looking to fkng HANG THE VICE PRESIDENT.
