This is a society problem.
Once women were put in the workforce and told they could have it all and do it all on their own, that was the beginning of the end.
Fatherless children are a huge problem in the US.
While I will admit it seems prevalent in black families, it is certainly not limited to them.

i mean lets get real. there isnt some epidemic of white children of a single mother stabbing black toddlers to death. OK? thats a **** black thing. regardless of how they were raised.

As time marches on their numbers will continue to multiply while the job market gets handed over to more and more Illegal Aliens and Robots.
All that's necessary is to require the birth mother to name the father in order to qualify for ANY welfare benefits. And if the guy named wants to contest it, all he has to do is to pay for a DNA test to prove it. If he's right and he is NOT the father, the birth mother needs to pay the cost of that DNA test and be required to name the correct "sperm-donor", and she'll get no benefits until the correct one is named. Those identified would be require to pay the child support and not the government.
Right now, they've gamed the system. The birth mother claims she doesn't know who the father is, the taxpayers get stuck paying the lucrative benefits the government welfare system pays out, and more often than not, the father can continue the relationship with the birth mother without a shred of responsibility.

Sure, there are bad things and bad decisions going on in the Black community.
