Yes you are!!!! I've been there.. pretty state.
I have enough natural windfall on 5 acres to keep a 2000 Sq ft home heated with ease. There is also so much "thinning" of the living trees that I will never, ever get caught up with.razoo » 22 Jun 2022, 8:29 am » wrote: ↑ If the entire population turned to wood for heat there would be no more trees. When wood burning heat was all that there was the population was not that great in numbers.
The nation and the world need a variety of choices = let's be practical in our thinking. Wood burning heat has a fine fragrance and can be romantic. HOWEVER it comes with a lot of ash dust which is very cool but not for electronics
and people who despise cleaning house. For some a face mask would be in order for cleaner breathing purposes.
Wood burning is not for everyone and we need a ton trees for clean air and such. A variety of heat sources is practical.
Not a plan, an annual routine. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, survive the rest as long as possible with intellectual humanity stacked against the individual reproduction mutually evolving in plain sight..
….it might drop down to 17 degrees in the winter, maybe an inch of snow, and then we’re paralyzed at that point.
There is Georgia above Macan and a Georgia below Macan. Separate weather patterns. My wife is from southern Georgia.

The Bitterroot River in the video you saw runs right next to the nature trail we walk on once a week. It's one of the rivers in the movie "A River Runs Through It".
Maclay Flat nature trail...half way through this video you'll see a hill in the back ground. I live on the other side of that hill. When we were kids we were up on the hill all the time.
