They certainly were available and would have had plenty of time to be dispatched if Pelosi and Bowser heeded the advice of President Trump and brought in the 20,000 additional security guards days before when he told them they were needed!  Pelosi and Bowser refused, because they WANTED A RIOT in which they could try to pin the blame on Trump for their own failures.
