i been away , but that has nothing to do with this , do you really thank that someone who raped should be made to have that child even if its traumatic and the pregnancy was to go wrong she should be jailed for saving her own life ?

Well, i am not going to lose any sleep over this. Abortion is not a topic that gets me fired up.

And there should be no confusion regarding your obvious conondrum over our right to bear arms LEGALLY which is a Constitutional RIGHT that IS laid out clearly in the Constitution so that people can DEFEND THEMSELVES and protect their families.

No, the context is at the state level.  It could be popular vote by referendum OR like most states thru the direct representation of the people thru the STATE houses and Governor.

No. But You are now getting into the weeds.  The Court did not ban abortion.
