Men can make literally thousands of children in a lifetime, and women can only make a couple dozen.
If women's bodies are going to be regulated, then men's bodies should be as well.
I do think this should be in the hands of individual states, however.
I am pro choice across the board. Vaccines and abortions. Helmets and seatbelts.
A woman is already a fully living human being. Most likely contributing to society.
This law only harms the poor. They will keep having babies that will continue to be a drain on the system.
Careful what you wish for.

It's easier to reverse a vasectomy.

What's the big deal?
A little snip snap and no worries.
We have to deal with periods, cramps, bloating, birth control side effects, extra expense for tampons, pads, contraception.
Not to mention all the cost for period panties, and regular panties.
Both parties should be responsible equally.roadkill » 28 Jun 2022, 1:54 pm » wrote: ↑ "If we really want to end abortion, we should mandate men get vasectomies at puberty and have them reversed when they can show they are emotionally, and financially capable of caring for a child."
What happened to women's rights? Should they be emotionally and financial capable of paying the way? Too often that never happens.
Why can't men "land a good financially capable women who pays all the bills"? Then nag the women when their day doesn't go right!
Traditionally when relationships go bad it's the man that pays AND loses fair custody. It's rarely a fair fight!
No, I have always been a woman.roadkill » 28 Jun 2022, 2:13 pm » wrote: ↑ Were you ever a man? Both parties have to consider their roll and act accordingly.

If an unplanned pregnancy doesn't happen, then that alleviates SO much stress on a relationship.
Marriages would probably last longer and children would be coming up in happy homes.
Plus, the people that are poor and worthless won't be able to afford the vasectomy reversal surgery, and therefore not have children.
Welfare solved.

Ina perfect world, that's how it would work.
But, we are both grown ups, and we know that's not how life works.
