Wrong.  According to the Constitution and the 10th Amendment, IT IS AN ISSUE THAT MUST BE DETERMINED BY EACH STATE, unless and until you can find where the word "abortion" even appears in the Constitution.  Since it doesn't, ANY ruling on abortion BELONGS TO EACH STATE!

And if you don't like it, either move to a state that allows it or get the politicians of your state to legalize it.

Abortion is an offence under common law in Scotland; the Abortion Act 1967 (as amended) applies in Scotland and refers to "any rule of law relating to the procurement of abortion".

You should probably worry about Scotland.
