The Chicago Police Department said the deadly shooting happened at approximately 6:45 p.m. in the 7700 block of S. South Shore when the female infant was sitting inside a vehicle. A second unknown vehicle approached, and an occupant fired shots from inside, police said. 

Chicago is getting what they voted for. They took the easy way and created a place where responsibility and accountability are no longer required. The criminals are being protected to keep doing this while the politicians use these events to take away the rights of 300+ million who had nothing to do with this.
You would think the black community now knows what they have to lose by changing their vote, like Trump asked. Yet they choose to stay in the Dem's vote plantation. Insanity.
