Trump has Real Estate Holding of 2.1 Billion down from 2.3 Billion, he has to sell something every few years for Cash.

These Real Estate holding of Trump are the 430 Million he got from his dad, just adjusted for Real Estate goes up.

If Trump had done nothing except Upkeep on his real Estate he would be worth more.

Trump says he is worth 10 Billion, Forbes says he is worth 2.1 Billion down from 2.3 Billion

Yeah I admitted local and County Debt all added together may be in the Trillion, Banks are willing to give these Municipalities loans, what is the Problem?
I have tons of Money and I use credit cards all the time, I have to send them a payment.

You are saying the loans to Municipalities is part of Califs debt, it is not.  Calif is a good credit risk, 
Trump is not a good credit Risk.
