I have always asked that, and they rarely answer. The only answer I get from them is "that just doesn't happen anywhere." That doesn't even come close to answering the question. It's a beautiful typical cop-out. They argue that it's a woman's body, thus their choice. Well, it's still their body at the final minutes, but they still can't answer this question.
