Most powerful court in the land, most watched cable news network... I suppose there are some similarities. Both have the audacity to allow conservative opinions to be expressed without posting trigger warnings.

The conservatives have been abusing the Supreme Court for at least 40 years. I see no reason for it's existence. Conservatives have been using the Supreme Court as another body of Congress to go around congress.  Yes Rep Alexandria Ocasio Cortez I support abolishing the Supreme Court, the Electoral College and the Presidential Debates. None are serving a useful purpose.

Throw away the computerized voting devices STAT as these devices can be hacked!!!

We need to get the special interest money out of the way.

It could be about installing the voters as the primary checks and balances of power. If we voters can vote politicians into office surely we can be more active in managing their activity ...... after all we voters are the boss as in they work for us NOT the other way around.

The USA has many avenues for appeal. As for political issues there are two avenues for appeal = send it back to the legislatures or put the issues before the voters.

I say term limits yes = maybe five years

I say NO to the political appointment process = Thomas is definitely not ready for such an appointment

Bottom line this job has become too political and agenda oriented....

Support for abolishing the Supreme Court, the Electoral College and the Presidential Debates is my choice. None are serving a useful purpose and all are controlled by the BIG two party which prevents too many obstacles for change to take place. As see all is intentional by design.

I'm not about to waste my time schooling an ignorant, brain-dead leftist who's piqued because a couple of their decisions didn't go your way.  I suggest you start by familiarizing yourself with the US Constitution and make an attempt at understanding why the American system of government is exceptional in its creation and how it's been instrumental in the building of the strongest, wealthiest country by far that the world has ever seen.

Foolish liberals like you don't deserve what we have, and only the dumbest in the country believe their limited and false wisdom to be greater than the teachings of men like Jefferson, Madison, Adams, Franklin, and Washington.
