Jose Canseco was one of the most famous steroid users back in the day. He predicted that someday their safe use would be refined and eventually accepted as "progress".
He called it SUPER NUTRITION.
I personally know 3 heavy users who committed suicide once they reached their 50s and 60s.
2 of them were HS Football Heroes who ended up becoming coaches.
They were much loved and respected.
All 3 were full blooded Italians..all 3 were "perfectionists"...but great guys.

Her lack of respect for the flag should not have anything to do with this. This is a free country and it is her right to not worship the flag.
I normally salute the flag, but I see no reason why the words "under God" should be a part of the Pledge, and I see no good reason to play the anthem and recite the pledge at pro entertainment venues. It doesn't bother me much, it just makes no sense.
Perhaps at Olympic events is makes sense to play the anthems of the winners after an event it over. But it makes no sense at NASCAR or other commercial pro sports venues.

After the Civil War, they suffered Jim Crow and were not even given the vote in most of the states they inhabited until the 1960's.
Unlike the immigrants that came later, they could not blend in with the rest of the population as did the Germans, the Irish, the Jews, the Bohunks, Polacks and others who arrived with nothing, because of skin color.
But this woman does not deserve to be thrown in a Russian prison for years
for the minor offense she is accused of, and the only word for those who think she should be imprisoned for not worshiping the flag is ASSHOLES, because Americans are not required to worship the flag.

Any American in her situation has the perfect right to petition the President for assistance in such matters.
