Hmmm the ATF Form 4473 does the following: Background check process includes a search of all relevant in-state criminal records, mental health records, juvenile delinquency records, warrants, and protective order information. So we have a swing and a miss by the ATF on this one. Uh oh? Wonder who will be accountable now? And libs and lefties - please enlighten me on what new laws that YOU say we need will do? Somehow the existing format is NOT being followed, otherwise this would have been prevented.
