He threw out 10.3 in a hypothetical statement. He was not referring to anything. The statement is what it is, stop trying to make something more of it where there simply isn't more to it. The Nazis crammed as many Jews as they could into big warehouses and gassed them. They also executed them by shooting them, and likely crammed plenty of Jews in incinerators alive or half alive. As if they really cared.
I'm sure many were buried as well. Heck, they are still finding wwii tunnels and buildings underground in Germany. Tons of nasty history is buried in Germany's dirt - no one wants to go looking for it.
I use burn barrels to incinerate garbage, boxes, tree limbs, leaves etc. When I get those babies fired up, good and hot, I can stuff wet wood and wet garbage or wet cardboard in there and about 3-5 minutes later, it's ash. With just one burn-barrel going, I can make over 1000 lbs of tree limbs disappear in a couple of hours. I can make a garage full of thick cardboard boxes gone in 30 minutes. I bet one simple little "hot" burn barrel could incinerate a skin-and-bones body in about 30 minutes.
City folks don't know stuff like that.

That's great...for one body. 1000 bodies, in 20 minutes? LOL. No. The gas used in the states (not just CA) is hydrogen cyanide and carbon monoxide which is close to Zyklon B. It's potent as hell. Yet, it can do away with one body in 10 minutes. Look, it doesn't add up. It just doesn't.
Not to mention that it takes 2-3 hrs to incinerate a human body to ashes. Even if they dumped all the dead bodies into a huge hole and then lit them on fire, it would take weeks for every single one to burn to ash. That kind of toxicity in the air would be unbearable for the Germans to handle. And we are talking millions. Again, it doesn't add up.
