Frankly, I'm not on board with that either. But like drag queen story-time (something else I don't get) the MAGA right seizes on these kinds of soft targets to justify outright and wholesale discrimination against gays, minorities, women, voting rights, etc. etc.

Example, they created the LIE that so-called CRT was being taught in elementary schools. Now they're banning it at the college level and it's gotten so teachers can't even teach the HISTORICAL FACTS as to why Rosa Parks refused to move from her seat.

The MAGA bans on what they consider "subversive" literature, history, science, and attacks upon minorities targeted as "undesirables" is the EXACT SAME **** fascists did in NAZI GERMANY.

it is not just a seize. boys have no right to be on girls' teams. gays' rights end when they infringe on girls' rights. drag queen story hour is just a way to influence young children, it may give some kids nightmares.

It IS in fact a deliberate and calculated MAGA attempt to target issues where there is room for serious debate and possibly even compromise for the purposes of achieving a more nefarious objective.  

Fact is, for MAGAS, fascist, and those of like mind there is no room for debate. It's either their way or the highway. And that's because they are extremists. 

And because they're extremists they insist on trying to make extremists out of those who disagree with them, trying to put words into our mouths and tell us what or threads and posts are about. It's why anyone who disagrees with them must be "predators and groomers."  A pure **** attempt on their part, to silence and discredit those who don't see things their way. 

For example, someone posted in this thread a picture of a drag queen storyteller who (years back) flashed a crotch at a young audience, the censored picture, making all the MAGA rounds to incriminate the whole. 

Upon research, I've found the guy was wearing pantyhose. Which, btw, STILL made the act inappropriate for minors, IMO. In fact, I happen to believe it inappropriate for ANYONE in a dress, male or female, to flash even a pantyhose covered crotch... even a female teacher.  

Incidentally, I ALSO happen to think other things MAGAS support are inappropriate for minors: Like parents home schooling children to be little NAZIS, child brides, child labor, maga's opposition to free lunches, and 6-yr olds sporting automatic pistols and assault weapons at an NRA convention. 

Fkng SICK if you ask me. 

Yet MAGAS ignore mass shootings and murder at schools facilitated by these same assault weapons that their congressmen wear as lapel pins, while they in turn use singular incidents and soft target issues to demonize and foment hatred for an entire minority.  While they conjure up non-existing curriculum to censor and/or ban an accurate instruction in history, including Black history and the Holocaust. 

They use transgenders, a people who make up less than ONE PERCENT of the population, to roll back civil rights. To justify the outlawing of gay unions, gay entertainment and healthcare even for adults. To silence a duly elected trans lawmaker - to silence, disenfranchise, disempower, and for all purposes erase them. 

Just as they are trying to silence, disenfranchise, and disempower Black people, Jews, and other minorities as well. 

Make no mistake about it... it's straight up NAZI ****, and pure evil.

and there was ONE male swimmer on the women's team in  the olympics and that person got the medals.

and there have been girls who have lost scholarships to boys.
