Right out of the gate it was clear that Musk got his tit in a wringer when he just couldn't stop trying to flex his atrophied cultural influence muscle with the Twitter purchase.

Musk's move was not a surprise to many based on his recent comments about the number of fake accounts on the social media platform. His team had tussled with Twitter over "spam bots" and threatened to walk away from the deal if the company couldn’t show that less than 5% of its daily active users are automated spam accounts.

For nearly two months, Mr. Musk has sought the data and information necessary to ‘make an independent assessment of the prevalence of fake or spam accounts on Twitter’s platform,’" the letter said, in part. "Twitter has failed or refused to provide this information. Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk’s requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unusable information."

Don't quote me in your flatulent retort and then accuse me of being "all you snowflakes."  The only comments I've made about this deal were about what Musk was going to have to do, and what he should do...like is own due diligence and coming up with the cash he doesn't have.  And now we find out he didn't do his diligence.  My comments were my opinions that Musk may be doing a bad thing for himself...and his most recent behavior confirms that he knows he did.  And he's been at it right out of the gate. He's been pissing and moaning about bots and fraud posts on Twitter almost immediately after the deal was signed...immediately after he realized how much Tesla stock he was actually going to have to sell, to pay for the deal. 

So it's the Trump "Art of the Deal" for Musk as well.  **** up and weaponize the legal system to screw the other guy...straight out of the Trump Organization playbook.

You and TB7 need to actually take a look at Bartiromo's interview from the former SEC Chief on FOX and pay attention.  It's right there in my OP.

Believe his goal all along was to show Twitter to be exaggerating about its number of real users in order to reduce their relevance to corporate America. Now exposed, the stock will drop, and he can pick it up for a bargain. He's not stupid.
