This is so awesome! Now Twitter will have to disclose absolutely everything. By the time Elon's lawyers are through with the Twitter Board the board members themselves will be personally libel for the misinformation being fed by Twitter to its stockholders, advertisers and the SEC. Doomsday!

for you. Twitter, having been caught in its lie, will be exposed to the shareholders.

Twitter's stock dropped 7% in premarket trading. A clear indication that Twitter shareholders agree with Elon Musk that Twitter is overvalued due to more spam accounts than the Board acknowledges.

Twitter clearly misrepresented its assets and value, not only to Musk but also to the advertisers that paid higher prices for a much smaller market. To both Musk and the advertisers, this is fraud. Twitter could make Musk an offer of fair market value, and he would likely pay it. But going on offense to cover their fraud will devalue Twitter further and the losers will be the stockholders. Twitter has outs by fessing up the data and accepting a fair price, but they are choosing self-destruction. Caught scamming everyone.
