So he knows he did something illegal and doesn't want to help the Georgia investigation at all. Only guilty people plead the fifth.

According to a former federal prosecutor, there is enough evidence of criminality in a phone call that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) made to Georgia election officials that he should consider invoking his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination when he appears before a Georgia grand jury investigating Donald Trump.

No doubt he broke the law.

So like Trump said you only plead the fifth if you did something illegal.

So his right to not imply he broke the law is proof he would admit to a crime.
don't you know legislators never break the laws they passed, it is all a conspiracy theory by those opposing their side and everyone knows all sides are consider themselves the solution to agreeing to disagree all the time.

That is compromising with reality correct? Nobody has to be completely accurate about possibilities because life cannot be absolutely working one way for all life in this atmosphere.

Every intellectual mind says so. Name a brain that changes their characteristics since conceived?

Tell us what you "remember" about the IRSgate Hoax

Look at this ****. As usual, instead of you telling what you remember, your cowardly narcissistic *** turns it around to him.

How do you not get by now that we know you intentionally use that tactic because you are a coward? Seriously.

Exerting your rights under the 5th is not an admission of guilt. I understand many think it is (all along the political spectrum), but having a lot of people wrong doesn't change the facts.

When a person charged with a crime or abetting a crime is under oath, he has only two choices: admit his guilt or take the 5th.

I think we all are entirely aware of what a total scumbag Graham is.

He has made a habit of making false statements and then refuting them, and vice-versa.

You know, facts are relative to intellectual interpretation of actual life existing as being navigated one at a time now. what changes in actual time relative time facts never discuss defining reality forward within an ever changing people currently alive present?

You remind me of the old Dragnet series with Jack webb. Nothing but the facts mame. Facts address situational ethics, legalities, moral principles all three justifications to not be completely honest about understanding why and how living happens currently.

court of law measures loyalty to a royal we consensus of a specific geographical area in this atmosphere. Law of the land philosophy with when in Rome psychology.
