It is Jesus talking to Jews. About how God will treat the Jews at His Return.

they are so quick with the outrage reaction to every little thing now.  If you even appear anti Semitic in the slightest, harmless way the Jews are outraged

The plans for the fence were in some places 2 miles within the USA
