I had no issues knock on wood 🪵 

I had the chyna virus once I was out of work 2 or 3 days plus weekend then back at it.   I think my reaction to the shingle shot was worse

I took Ivermectin on my doctor brothers advice when I was exposed to the ccp/US virus.  I lost my sense of smell and taste for a week and THAT was all.  No fever, no sickness, NOTHING!!!  I don't ever even take the flu shot.

In Missouri the first shots were distributed by the Missouri National Guard in early 2021.
 
It was the slickest operation I’d ever seen.

All the local Democrats called our county heath departments, and they put our names  on a list.

People over 65 and the compromised came first.  The National Guard would come to town and set up mass clinics in churches and schools.

A d let’s say you were a Republican and were ashamed to let your friends know you had a shot. They could drive to doctor’s offices in other counties so their MAGA friends wouldn’t know, which I thought was really neat.

Then there were mass vaccination events where we finally got a text, and we had to be at a huge auditorium where there were 1,000 chairs. 

They’d vax 2,000 people an hour for days on end.

Three weeks later we went back for shot number two.

We’ve had three boosters since.

In our little county we all know each other.

56 of my Republican friends died dead, from Covid. 

The last one was a guy my age who once belonged to the Christian Church.  He knew better, but he chose not to get his shots.

None of us Democrats admitted ever getting Covid, though surely some did.  But zero died of Covid.  We were all vaccinated and boosted.

The vaccination rate for our county was 36% and 20% of us are Democrats.

All the dead Republicans were unvaccinated.

Hey, I am just as much a coward today about Covid as I was about polio when I was a little kid.

What divides the Democrats and Republicans in our little county, where we don’t hate each other and our kids play together and every name of the dead circulates first by word of mouth?

Education..  The vast majority of Democrats have college or advanced degrees or are are in the skilled trades.  The Republicans most all have high school diplomas and send their kids to college, but a two year associates degree is typically all the higher learning they may have.

Religion. We are all Christians.  Democrats are scared we might go to hell.  We fear Jesus as much or more than  we love Jesus.  The Republicans are all born again believers. 

Patriotism.  Democrats love America even when a Republican is President.  Our Republican friends cannot reciprocate.  


Bigotry.  There are no blacks to hate.  We are 99% white or light skinned Latinos.  Since Obama the Republicans use the n word as often as their grandfathers did in public.

Optimism. We are all going to die. Democrats only die once.  

Music. Old time country and soft old time popular music are very popular.  Most of us Democrats can all play some kind of instrument.

Perhaps the only ones still getting it are U.S. kids too young to choose for themselves, whose parents are still victims of mass formation psychosis and broken-minded enough to risk permanent disability or death for their kids, who are at essentially no risk. The FDA even included it on the childhood vaccine schedule, likely in order to dump unwanted product (1/3 of J&Js total output expired useless), but mainly because putting it on the schedule gives them additional protection from liability.

There's a reason vaccines traditionally took from 5 to 20 or more years before being fully accepted, and it won't be until female babies that were in their mother's wombs when she got the clot shot, reach child bearing age, that we can know.
