You should have realized that The Finnish Study is just one of several contradicting studies .....
Above is a review of 4 of them ....

That study is heavier than I can handle in an hour, which is generally my limit. It is dealing with refereeing between methodologies, and BOF methodologies are above my competencies.

To me, the issue is pretty simple. Making humans play lab rat is a crime against their humanity - and governments, including ours, did that, And they used mass induced hysteria and psy-ops to do it, deliberately, employing a Machiavellian strategy. When a government tries to kill you, that's scary. When it's your own, it's even scarier. 

I'm scared as hell, and I don't care who knows it.

My sympathies. Canada is much more maternal than the U.S. - and that is NOT a good thing. The dark side of masculinity looks a whole lot like the good side - just meaner. 4+ years later and the "testing" is showing bad results.
Many millions of failed test subjects attest to this.

A "normal" vaccine test cycle is about 5-10 years so next year we'll finally know...

I know a guy who was a very highly placed medical professional. He attended Bill Clinton at Walter Reed. He was all gung ho for the clot shot, because he had known for years about mRNA technology and had been expecting great things. He had health issues that made him fearful of covid, and he considered vax-skeptics like myself to be hayseeds who just didn't "get it." 

I had long conversations about it with him - he trying to convince me, me trying to convince him. I asked him why he, as an educated man, would advise a fellow with a strong immune system who had never once had symptomatic flu as an adult, to risk an EXPERIMENT - a veritable hail mary type of gambit against a relatively harmless disease that affected almost exclusively those with multiple co-morbidities? He was just enamored of the great new thing, it seemed. He really couldn't answer, but he never swayed. 

Fast forward. His doctor told him that in his 30-plus years of practice he had NEVER seen blood clots like those with which he presented. He has been hospitalized three times in the wake of his foolish enterprise. He developed rapid onset colon cancer. He is now a prepper and a stone skeptic. Happily, he has rebounded. We haven't discussed his treatment, so I don't know what steps he has taken in remediation - though I did send him some info on how to chelate the clot shot.

I recently watched a vid on chelated minerals. One part of particular interest was how zinc can interfere with some meds with certain people. Iron can cause all sorts of digestive issues.
Chelation prevents early ionization so minerals can be absorbed with less underlying stress to the body. Even asymptomatic people are processing while under a certain amount of stress. Chelation allows substances to pass into the mucosal layer in the digestive tract without higher levels of free radicals. I know I'm telling you this stuff that you're already aware of. Just saying it to add legitimacy to the vid I just saw.

I could try to track it down again and put up the link if you want. I had never really heard of the mechanics of it before the way this guy broke it down.

I would in fact like to see the vid. My BIL had aluminum toxicity that was causing early onset dementia. It was a horror show. He took some meds for chelation, but MAINLY, he bought an infrared home sauna and spent a half hour per day in it for a couple of months, and his levels went to near normal.

How was aluminum toxicity discovered?
Are there other signs that raise suspicions in that direction?

He went to a naturopath and had his hair analyzed. The results came back that he was at a 54. 2 is normal, 4 is problematic. He was in all kinds of trouble.

He works in a weld shop, welding aluminum. So - not hard to sort how it happened. 

So far as I know - I have never done a deep dive, - the main symptom of aluminum toxicity is early onset dementia. Had he gone the normal doctor route, we would simply be treating his dementia with big pharma's palliatives. Instead, we got our boy back.

By the way, it only costs a hundred bucks or so for the lab work, and a lot of naturopaths will see you for a hundred, or thereabout. Typically, you'll spend a few hundred on supplements and treatments.

So, for 500 bucks, you can get an expert to give you the means to treat anything underlying your health profile, cleaning up your body of any metal toxicities that lurk and work against your full expression of life. 

I remember the first time I ever did a nine day fast. This never happened again, so my conclusion was almost certainly correct. After the fast, I took a little fruit juice and a little chicken broth to wake up my digestion. Your digestion shuts down a few days into a fast, which means that the 80% of your energy which goes to digestion is free to work on cleaning you up, healing what ails you, and building new stem cells. 

Anyway, I sipped a bit of liquid to wake up my digestion, and I went to the toilet and flushed two of the biggest turds I had ever shat. Stopping food intake and flushing with a gallon of high PH water per day is such a profoundly powerful way to beat anything that attacks your body that they should have put that in the Bible.

Oh, wait. They did. Moses fasted. And Daniel. And David. And Jehosaphat. And the men of Gilead. And Jesus. And scores of others. Indeed, the Bible COULD be argued to be an exhortation to humanity to fast on a regular basis - especially given that weekly fasting is an actual commandment.
