What countries have "energy independence?". Go back to 8th grade, dickhead, and take Economics 101, which you obviously need so desperately.
Venezuela, for example. To some degree, Ecuador. And perhaps Saudi Arabia (where the oil belongs to Aramco, a corporation owned by the monarchy), and Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE and perhaps Oman.
The US will have oil independence when it nationalizes all oil producers and refineries and boosts the production of all petroleum products to the level that the country requires.
This is not at all likely to occur.

There was no "entire curriculum". I was a flight crew member on that particular aircraft and operated the weapons systems.
