Fascism is nevertheless a movement to unite all people around one leader that was not necessarily one of their choosing and to cede all rights to that leader, There is no provision in Fascist for the people to decide the direction of the nation or its people.
Tell me how that is not an adequate definition.

Agree but that is because certain cultural artifacts plague certain races.
