I would like to get a good luck at the Judge who said there is no difference between a major news network accusing Veritas of lying versus accidentally filming someone's address.

The 11th Circuit is very conservative too.  They ain't gonna like some dumb 'ol liberal judge.

This is not the first angry assholes have tried to sue PV...and I believe PV has won every time, whether initially or in appeal.

The question is not whether Project Veritas did something wrong, it is whether CNN committed slander in misreporting why PV was banned from Twitter.  PV admits that it did in fact accidentilly do something wrong - dox an address of someone they were interviewing.  Twitter used this as a pretext to ban PV.  However, CNN reported that PV was banned for reporting lies and fake news.

Yes...CNN made false claims and "intent" plays a roll legally and PV did not have the intent.
