You claim "a normal business recession" lasts 12 months.
You also insist that The Great Recession began in Jan 09, lasting until the end of june, 2009.
Giving it a duration of 5 months.

Gas prices have gone down some... BUT, NO WHERE NEAR where they started from ! Whats MORE... Joe Biden had NOTHING to do with it...
