let me do nancy pelosi optics with statistical averaging the whole. In this thread someone posted premium users are under 20% total fuel consumers. But that 90 cents is spread across the total use of gasoline to political argument they did something for everyone when it was the 16% that got the benefit and everyone knows it the top 20% population that buys cars needing premium fuel.

So, nothing changed for the bottom 80%. Isn't that how propaganda works all the time?
