I don't even know how a civil war would even be logistically possible. The first civil war  had an obvious geographic divide. Now, the right and the left are scattered across the nation , mixed together in cities, etc...are we all going to wear red/blue shirts or something?

It's not feasible even if one desired to which begs the question. Who is promoting this absurd notion and what are their motivations? The January 6th photo op was designed to repeal or greatly restrict the second amendment.  Fortunately the yeehawdists left their guns at home so it fizzled. Think civil war talk is around to justify violating the constitutional rights of conservatives under the guise of security.

"Radicalized".  What does that really mean?  That someone got to them and forced them to believe something they would otherwise not believe?  Or, that you just find their beliefs too far from your own to be worthy of consideration. 

I note that the left and even the center-left like to use that term "Radicalized" whenever they refer to others with whom their world view is fundamentally divergent. Oh, as long as we are discussing this, let's go ahead and make it personal rather than generically say "some of our posters".  Let's apply this to FOS as an example.  Do you believe that FOS has been "Radicalized"?  I don't believe that he has been.  

In fact, I do not believe that anyone on this forum has been Radicalized.  I'm sure that you would agree that nearly all of the posters on this Forum are between the ages of 45 and 80.  That would be a mean age of 62.5.  I have never heard of an instance of a person even close to 60 years old being "Radicalized" by others.  Have you?  Even at 35 years of age, radicalization is nearly impossible.

Back to our FOS example.  He seems to fall within the range of ages I mentioned above.  He seems to have at least moderate intelligence and is certainly capable of reading and researching facts for himself.  Let's take it as a given that you believe FOS's world-view is based on lies and fantasies (if I'm wrong here, feel free to chime in).  Still, even you have to admit that occasionally some of what FOS says is not inaccurate. So, is he "Radicalized" or is it that he is merely interested in trying to sway others to see and accept his world view?  There is a difference, you know.   I will be interested to read your response on this.
