Life used to be so fine before the cell phone came around !

And now we can't ever take a leak   -so to speak-   without a password that needs to be changed every year !
With all the rules that come with it !

Did we ask for this ?
No !
We didn't !
All this **** was  IMPOSED  on us !

Who knoes what's in store for us in the future ?
"They"  can control our every movement!
Everything is stored in databanks and can  be looked up if the need arises !

Talk about a police state !

They are worth every bit of the effort it takes to befriend them.

One of my credos in life:
If you loan somebody $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Likewise, every "friend" you never meet that way is probably for the best. People suck.

Only a fool would have a portable phone that is not a "burner phone".  I have a Tracphone. I keep it turned off and in my vehicle. F- any of y'all who think you need to call, text, sext, or send me stupid **** on my **** little phone.

But then this corona fraud came along  . . .  they used to call me so often, even sending letters with appointments they made with me  without consulting me !
They wanted to make all kind of tests as well as checking this, checking that  . . . 
If I had followed up  . . .  with any luck the both of us would have spent maybe a total of a month a year each, or more.
Think of my wife driving me up and down to hospitals, the hours spent in the waiting rooms

So , being an elderly and thus vulnerable,  I started telling them that I feared corona and would not go out of the door for no reason whatsoever!

It took sometime, they called some more and they sent some more letters  . . .  but eventually they stopped approaching me altogether !

That was more than 2 years ago !

I'v got 3  "smart"  phones !

Galaxy S4  . . .  Galaxy S edge+  . . .  Galaxy S9+ !

The Edge is the one that I prefer because it allows all calls to be automatically recorded  . . .  and it's the one that I use exclusively for official stuff !

(The app is called  "call recorder"  and it works magnifically !)

The S9+  . . .  I use exclusively for private purposes, friends, wife  etc. etc. etc.
This one also used to allow for automatic recording of all calls  . . .  but one day I got this message from Samsung that it would not be allowed to record anymore from this and that date !

The S4  also stil allows for recording  . . .  but its memory gets filled so fast  . . .  I need constantly to remove **** from it!

So I keep it for reserve and take it with me when I walk the dogs.
So does my wife.

She also has three  . . .  iPhone7,  iPhone12 and an Edge that used to be mine  . . .  but fell a couple of times to the floor and got its screen cracked!
Still works perfetly good though !

The iPhone 7 is the only one she uses for all purposes  . . .  but all three to play games online !

She's addicted to one game in particular  . . .  she was introduced to by one of her childhoof friends.

Considering all the hours that I spend here  . . .  I don't have the guts to tell her how stupid that is !

The future is NOW. Reality owns our mind, controls your brain, rules your time existing limited to mutually evolving here currently protecting the methods that created it all.

But with a grudge !

So, since so long  . . .  I never   "loaned"   anything to anybody !

Wow!  You've got a real phone problem.  You and your wife need a 12 step program. 

Everyone despises the fact that I do not carry a phone everywhere I go.  When I do carry a phone, its because I know that I will likely need to use it, and even then I normally keep it turned off.  If someone I care about really needs to get in touch with me, they can figure out how 70% of the time.  Other than that, they can go through normal business channels.....every last one of them!

I can tell you this - If I ever lost my significant other, dating would be out of the question for me.  I'm not going to swipe right or swipe left or text or call, or let some woman communicate with me whenever the heck they want to.  I enjoy my freedom from the cell-phone slavery (aptly named by you) the rest of the world must endure.

I knew a guy that loaned ten stinking dollars to another guy... The borrower forgot about it completely.

The first guy told me that was why he hated the borrower some YEARS later. I asked why he didn't just remind him.
He said "**** him" and proceeded to continue to resent the other forever after. What an idiot.

I have borrowed and given out $100 and don't even know who owes me or who I owe. I don't care...  

If you have an attitude in the first place "Never a borrower nor a lender be."
