Keep in mind, the citizens in the local area paid to have them built, pay to fund them, pay to maintain them and pay the people that work in them. So the simple question is; Who owns the public schools?

Some lead and fluoride yes, but not hundreds of mandatory said-claimed preventative medical injection treatments with mercury and aluminum that go directly into your brain with no way for your body to filter and eliminate the toxins. Public education is the very definition of something economists call a " Common Good". I beg you not to oblige me to explain it to you.

Where did I day children should grow up dumb.

The point is, the public...particularly the citizens in the local community where the school(s) are located...own the schools.  The owner of any operation, be it public or private, have control over it's operation...either directly or indirectly through the people the hire/elect.
