Aiding the enemy in a time of war. My use might be a slight stretch but we have never had a popular political party approach an international adversary, pay them millions of dollars for unverified intelligence, and use such intelligence to spy on a president. Not an act committed during a declared war to aid an enemy so it wasn't treason. Trump wasn't joking with Zelensky, he was requesting a criminal investigation into someone running for high political office for alleged crimes committed in his country.
