Apparently that's what the people in the OP are trying to figure out. I'm attempting some research now.
If you or anyone you know enjoys doing research maybe you or they could do some snooping around too.
I've been using an alternative to Google lately...it seems more productive when looking for info that Google doesn't like.

SSDD. Look at the pattern of behavior. Don't focus on one specific target when surrounded by everyone practicing the same tactics from separate interpretations of life exceeding the common point of evolving forward individually here.

reread my first post in this thread, or simply read it a first time, instinctively.
Did a quick search, 20 year old software company dealing specifically with elections around the world. Free marketplace getting ancestors to trade away their personal relative time evolving to become typecast people governed by doubt until extinction event arrives.
What else is needed to know about it. Just another corrupted finger in America's political system by globalists serving humanity making tomorrow predictable outcomes today.
