A fetus is not a child, no matter what the Georgia legislature says.
It is, at most, a potential human being, and its fate should be totally in the hands of the woman carrying it.

Your argument regarding drugs and alcohol related to eminent domain does not hold water. The founders clearly had a personal revulsion of the government dictating a citizen's choices of what they might choose to put into their bodies. Eminent domain isn't about controlling individual choice. It's about land and control of land ownership, not any individual's personal choices. The Harrison Act would have had the founders puking.

Rarely seen in medical cases, most often seen in mental health/psychiatric cases. If the patient or client appears to be a legitimate threat to self or others, such as musing about shooting up a first grade classroom, the doctor or clinical counselor has a legal duty to warn possible victims and contact the police.
