Here's what I saw. The Police officer was called because someone said there was a suspicious person in the yard of a neighbor's. They guy watering the plants wouldn't identify himself. He wasn't on his own property. The cop was nicely trying to check the situation out and just do his job. Heck, if I actually lived in the neighborhood, I'd thank him for watching out for our neighborhood! But what happens is this "Pastor-Asshole" starts screaming at the cop and being belligerent. And, on top of that starts demanding that the officer arrest him! WHAT AN ASSHOLE!
I can imagine myself being in a similar situation. I'd stop what I was doing, put down the hose and address the officer. Tell him the name of the folks who own the house; that they asked me to water the plants while they were gone and that's what I was doing. I'd give the officer my name and tell him which house I lived in. Then, I'd nicely ask "do you mind if I get back to watering my neighbor's plants - I really need to finish up in the next 10 minutes".
What I wouldn't do is keep yelling "I'M A PASTOR". "YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RIGHT" "I'M A PASTOR"..... But, I suppose I am White Privileged because I can quickly analyze a situation and recognize when a cop is actually just trying to do his job and make sure the neighborhood is safe.

Officer probably got a call from a neighbor. Saw a vehicle parked in the street and a guy hanging out in front of someone's house - he wasn't an owner or a tenant. Officer has every right to come onto the property and question the guy. Guy never gave his complete name, just grunted out Pastor Jenkins live across the street.
