Even the pastor twice asked who called them, and sounding like he didn’t believe them either.
Police are allowed to lie to American citizens without the fear of repercussion. Tgey are the enemies of the people.
ABSOLUTELY.Skans » 24 Aug 2022, 12:20 pm » wrote: ↑ Pastor Asshole was not on his own property. The officer has every right to walk up the the Pastor and ask him a few questions.
Right. Which it didn't, and he didn't.Skans » 24 Aug 2022, 12:20 pm » wrote: ↑He can even ask him to identify himself. Yes, the Pastor could "plead the 5th" and refuse to answer any questions, and ultimately he would not likely be charged with anything. But, he can be detained if the officer thinks the situation might look like a burglary, or a guy casing someone's house to commit a burglary.
Nor have I. My interactions with police have been uniformly civil and properSkans » 24 Aug 2022, 12:45 pm » wrote: ↑ I'm not an asshole to cops. I know how to act. I do know, tard. So did the pastor. That is why you will pay him, slave boy.Skans » 24 Aug 2022, 12:45 pm » wrote: ↑ If you don't know how to interact with an officer doing his job, then that's on you, Tard.
I attribute most police shootings to poor conduct on behalf of the target - and the balance to poor training of the shooter.Skans » 24 Aug 2022, 12:45 pm » wrote: ↑ That's why so many Blacks (and probably you someday too) get shot by cops - they act like Pastor Asshole.

False arrest. They violated his 4th Amendment rights.
The cop can ABSOLUTELY ask all the **** **** questions he can dredge up. But any attorney or any citizens rights organizations, including the alt-right government hating organizations, will tell you not to say a goddamned thing to the police beyond I'm Pastor Fuz, I live in that house across the street. And the **** better have good probable cause for an arrest or they are gonna be answering to a judge in civil court. And I'm hoping the preacher sues the city government, the police department and the asshole lead officer personally into the **** ground.
You don't even have to answer those, if you are not driving or lawfully arrested.IkeBana » 24 Aug 2022, 1:43 pm » wrote: ↑ The cop was being a typical condescending jerkoff cop.

Why do you hate the constitution so much, cheesedick?
Cop callers are not whistle blowers. They're kind of the opposite. One takes no balls and the other takes big ones.DeplorablePatriot » 24 Aug 2022, 1:48 pm » wrote: ↑ Guess what, dumbfukk? The police NEVER give out a "whisteblower's" identity, as it may cause retribution. Ask me how I know.
If you're driving a motor vehicle the police can stop you. If they stop you they can request to see your DL, and you have to produce one. The name and address is on the DL.Cannonpointer » 24 Aug 2022, 2:13 pm » wrote: ↑ You don't even have to answer those, if you are not driving or lawfully arrested.
Remarkably - and clearly contrary to standard conjob ideology, - even the INNOCENT have rights; not just the guilty.

Read and HEED, boy:
When Can the Police Stop and Question You? - Riddell Law LLC
Police can ask anyone for ID anytime and can ask to search someone’s bag anytime, without having to have a warrant, probable cause, or even reasonable suspicion that criminal activity is afoot. This is because in theory, the person can always refuse to provide information or say no to the search and walk away.
Thanks for the heads up - I'll bear that in mind.IkeBana » 24 Aug 2022, 2:19 pm » wrote: ↑If you're driving a motor vehicle the police can stop you. It's very difficult to sue a cop personally. They have "qualified immunity," which literally shields them from answering for stupidity. You have to PROVE malice to get past their immunity. "I am **** retarded" is an affirmative defense.IkeBana » 24 Aug 2022, 2:11 pm » wrote: ↑ The cop can ABSOLUTELY ask all the **** **** questions he can dredge up. The preacher had a bad attitude? Too **** bad...you got a bad attitude as well rimjob.
Bad 'tude ain't a chargeable offense.

This is not war time nazi germany. "Papers, please" is a REQUEST - not a **** lawful order.
Gonna say that again: "Papers, please" is a REQUEST - not a **** lawful order.
Read that OVER AND OVER until you understand it - all you mother ****. None of you has the power to wish it away through mere prodigious stupidity and badge bunny sexual ferver.
Don't forget this part. They had reasonable suspicion...the phone call.
That is FLATLY incorrect. Phone calls have no police powers. Nor do phone calls transform police into gestapo. They remain servants, bound by a sworn oath - which these cops violated when they put their hands on another man, like ***.DeplorablePatriot » 24 Aug 2022, 2:32 pm » wrote: ↑ Don't forget this part. I'm pastor Niggens and i live across the street.
Can anyone imagine a police officer accepting that as a legitimate verification of who the guys is?
