I know it'd be difficult for a self proclaimed FASCIST such as yourself to understand, but initiatives like AA, movements and initiatives for the rights of WOMEN AND MINORITIES (and the civil rights organizations that support them, and not just the NAACP) are attempts to address the historical and systemic racism and gender disparities that persist in America.  SEE: "protected classes."

Like how a Black homeowner gets the appraised price of his/her home DOUBLED when the appraiser thinks the home belongs to a white person. That and all the other inequities fascist BIGOTS such as yourself IGNORE.
