I'm not sure if this should go in here or in the worst songs thread, it's fun though, the music was so different back then...

Good one...traditional bubble gum music. They also loaded the audience with older kids/young adults to appeal to much younger kids. I wonder how many records they sold?

Here's an old one...

The guy in the middle, Elliot Lurie, was the original singer on the hit song Brandy (You're a Fine Girl). His voice isn't what it used to be but it's still cool.

Here's the original...

The best way to get a song out of your head is to replace it with another song, I googled it and it said Karma Chameleon is one of the best solutions.. lol.. this song is stuck in my head but I don't want to replace it yet.. and certainly not with Karma Chameleon...

You guys might not be into jazz...but me a our other guitar player might go to an event here in town called "Jazzoula" here in Missoula, Mt. tomorrow night.

Chuck Florence is a big wig sax and clarinet player in our town. He's played with some big names in Chicago and elsewhere. I saw him play locally here years ago and he's really hot! However he's 80 years old now.

He'll be performing with a keyboard player friend of ours. Our other guitar player will work on some originals with Jim Rogers the keyboard player soon.

Anyway...Chuck Florence is the real deal on sax and clarinet...and I hope to see him perform tomorrow night...if I can stay awake that long. lol

Here is Chuck on clarinet...which is very similar to the saxophone which he is also great on. This show was in a little night club here in town.
