15 more days until I see this live. Pink Floyd, The Cure, Social Distortion, and Bauhaus were the first artists that got me intrigued with music. I was very young when i first came across these groups but their music still resonates with me thirty five years later

I never got the chance to catch a Cure show -- but I saw Pink Floyd 3 times , the first was the Original Wall tour in 1981... Social Distortion was also a great band, (and you could tell heavily influenced by The Clash) and their album White Light - White Heat - White Trash was excellent. ...

Well, you can just eat **** (j/k). By the time, I had my own money.. it was 1996 and Pink Floyd was mostly done. Besides, i was quite poor and any show outside of Boise was a no go. That Social D record that you speak of is the only one of theirs that I do not possess on vinyl. Just had to rub it in.. little bastard.

in a bit of a surprise, this group is coming to my neck of the woods. The guitarist, Vernon Reid, is truly underrated.
