Huey did a Youtube video interview about his loss of hearing. I didn't watch it. I also heard he has some trouble with his singing voice too.impartialobserver » 14 Sep 2023, 12:07 pm » wrote: ↑ I just read an article about how is pretty much deaf. Apparently, that is why he and his band's music career started grinding to a halt in the early 90's. He went 100% in his left ear by 1993 or so and then was almost deaf in his right ear by 2000 (if I recall correctly)

Huey lives about 35 miles south of me...I've been to his house helping a friend deliver kitchen cabinets and counter tops when the house was still being finished.
I never met Huey but my friend met him one day when he was installing the cabinets. They sat down and had coffee and chatted a bit. I used to jump shoot ducks on that property long before Huey bought it. Charles Schwab lives just down the road from Huey's place. My brother did Schwab's drywall in his $6 million house.
Charles has temp sensors in the stream that passes through all that land where he and Huey live. When the conditions are good he flies back here to go trout fishing. It's nice country down there just south of Stevensville on Bell Crossing.
hooey's problem Isn't his ears? its his high opinion of himself- and his obsession with BV! and his brain.roadkill » 14 Sep 2023, 12:59 pm » wrote: ↑ Huey did a Youtube video interview about his loss of hearing. I didn't watch it. I also heard he has some trouble with his singing voice too.
