"Pfizer Asks Court to Dismiss Whistleblower Lawsuit Because Government Was Aware of Fraud

In an interview with The Defender, the lawyer representing whistleblower Brook Jackson said Pfizer is arguing the court should dismiss Jackson’s lawsuit alleging fraud in Pfizer’s COVID-19 clinical trials because the U.S. government knew about the wrongdoings but continued to do business with the vaccine maker.

A lawsuit filed by whistleblower Brook Jackson alleging Pfizer and two of its contractors manipulated data and committed other acts of fraud during Pfizer’s COVID-19 clinical trials is paused following a motion by the defendants to dismiss the case.
 In an interview with The Defender, Jackson’s lawyer said Pfizer argued the lawsuit, which was filed under the False Claims Act, should be dismissed because the U.S. government knew of the wrongdoings in the clinical trials but continued to do business with the vaccine maker.Under the False Claims Act, whistleblowers can be rewarded for confidentially disclosing fraud that results in a financial loss to the federal government."

So nobody that got the clot shot cares that Pfizer's defense of the wrongdoing in their trials - and their grounds for dismissal of the whistleblower lawsuit - is that the government knew about the wrongdoing but continued to do business with them?

So of course it shouldn't have been a surprise when the FDA asked a judge if they could grant until the year 2076 for the full release of results of Pfizer's trials.

And no wonder considering that only healthy people were allowed in the trials, yet there was still an impressive list of 1291 different "adverse events of special interest" in trial participants (only the ones that were counted), over the brief course of the trials.

Pfizer is arguing that the act of paying off those responsible for oversight removes their liability - the successful commission of the crime justifies the crime itself: a snake eating its tail. We should get away with it, because we pulled it off.

1,291 different adverse effects of special interest that somebody needs to correlate to the injection of the mRNA Covid-19 vaccine.  Unless and until that is done, all it means is that there were 1,291 reports of some "effects" on people who had been injected with the vaccine.  Reckon how many of those reports were reports of bad headaches?  Reckon how many of those reporting the post vaccination bad headaches got stone drunk the night before the headache?  Who can say?

 
 

At least vaxx makers detailed the ingredients and adverse events in their package inserts, as required:

• Contact information for reporting adverse events and additional information about the product.

Health care professionals or authorized dispensers will likely have very limited time to review Fact Sheets during an emergency and, therefore, FDA anticipates that Fact Sheets typically will be brief (i.e., a few pages).  FDA makes available on its website Fact Sheets for products for which an EUA is issued.41"

Sure. 1,291 different "adverse effects of special interest" in a "vaccine" trial had nothing to do with the toxic jab they were given!
Some people simply insist on staying stupid, but if you had tried a word search for "headache" on the list, before ginning up more lies, you would have only found one instance of the word in the list which was "postictal headache" ("pertaining to the period following a seizure or convulsion"). Why not try to get a little less stupid and actually browse the list?
