It doesn’t copy and paste well but is one the US Army Infantry Schools tests of the Armalite 15 select fire weapon using the M14 as test weapon.

Just make your point.  The word high velocity is used in the title.  But I suggest you read at least the 4 pages.  Pay attention to penetration findings.  

The 5.56 is not mentioned, which is the round used in the M16.  The military does not classify the 5.56x45 has a high power round.  That is why the military is getting the 7.62 round.
